Alpinix provides websites, workspaces, and related services for private website operations and client workflows. Your use of Alpinix may also be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, or client contract.

Terms of Use
These public terms describe the baseline expectations for using Alpinix websites, workspaces, and related services. Customer contracts may include additional or different terms.
Accounts and workspace content
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, managing authorized access, and ensuring information they add to Alpinix is lawful to upload, connect, or process.
Acceptable use
Do not use Alpinix to upload malware, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate the rights of others, or process highly sensitive regulated data unless separately agreed in writing.
Third-party services
Alpinix may connect to third-party services selected by a customer or workspace owner. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Agreement priority
Alpinix is provided using reasonable care, but no public terms page can replace a signed customer agreement. Where a signed agreement exists, it controls if these public terms conflict.
