This policy explains how Alpinix handles information for the public site and biotech intelligence workspace. Last updated July 5, 2026.
Alpinix is a biotech intelligence workspace. Public visitors can view the homepage and legal pages. Users sign in with DWL Accounts before accessing company research, workspace pages, and team context.
We process identity and access details from DWL Accounts, including your name, email, account identifier, verification state, session state, and app authorization result.
Alpinix stores app-specific user records, roles, access status, session records, audit context, and preferences needed to control workspace access and operate the app.
Alpinix stores company research records, regulatory activity summaries, product context, notes, audit context, quality indicators, and related workspace records. These records support the app experience for signed-in users.
We may process IP address, user agent, device and browser details, request path, timestamps, error logs, performance signals, and security events to protect and operate the service.
We use information to authenticate users, enforce access, operate the workspace, organize research context, debug errors, secure the app, and communicate about access or support.
Alpinix uses essential cookies for sessions and security. Analytics may be used only to understand public page and app reliability. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.
We share information with service providers needed to run Alpinix, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, monitoring, and security providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service.
We keep records for as long as needed to provide Alpinix, meet security and audit needs, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain backups. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected secrets, role checks, and operational review to reduce risk. No system can guarantee perfect security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to some processing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first.
Alpinix is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
